Job Title: Team Member Organizer
We are looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented organizer to join our team for this hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll work directly with clients to declutter, organize, and implement systems that reduce overwhelm and improve daily life. This role requires both practical organizing skills and strong emotional intelligence as many of our clients are navigating stress, busy schedules, or ADHD-related challenges.

Expectations for the Role:
As a Team Member Organizer, you will be responsible for providing home organization and move concierge services to clients on an as-needed basis. This will include decluttering, unpacking, organizing, creating storage solutions, and setting up systems that are easy to maintain. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently and in a team setting, and have a passion for creating order out of chaos.

Responsibilities on Projects:
- Client Session: Work one-on-one and in small teams to organize client spaces
- Workflow: Sort, categorize, and declutter items with efficiency and care
- Systems Design: Design and implement simple, intuitive organizing systems tailored to each client
- Client Support: Support clients through decision-making in a calm, non-judgmental way
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, team lead, and team members throughout sessions
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to execute projects smoothly
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast paced environment, while making quick and effective decisions.
- Endurance: Able to be on feet for 6-8 hrs and lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
Overview of the Position Availability:
This is a project-based position and scheduling will be dependent on project bookings. This role is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income or a flexible work position.
This position has flexible hours that may include working:
- Monday-Friday and occasional weekends
- Typical working hours: 8:30am-3:30pm with some projects being 8:30am – 5:00pm
Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles. Most projects are located within Central and North Austin, up to Georgetown. However, projects can also be in other locations such as Dripping Springs, South Austin, or Lakeway. If these locations feel too far for you, please do not apply.
Starting Pay: $21/hr with pay increase after 90 days.
