Expectations for the Role:

As a Team Member Organizer, you will be responsible for providing home organization and move concierge services to clients on an as-needed basis. This will include decluttering, packing, unpacking, organizing, creating storage solutions, and setting up systems that are easy to maintain. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a passion for creating order out of chaos.

Skills, Characteristics, and Qualifications Required for the Position:

  • 100% commitment to client confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A bit of a Type-A personality, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent spacial vision, problem-solving skills, and creativity
  • Prior experience in home organization or related field preferred but not required
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Manage time effectively
  • Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours per project
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Not scared or allergic to pets 
  • Willing to travel a 60-mile radius from Pflugerville, TX
  • Reliable transportation and a clear background check

This is a starting position on an as-needed basis with competitive pay and opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Overview of the Position Availability:

This position has flexible hours that may include working:

  • Monday-Friday and occasional weekends
  • Typical working hours: 9:00am-3:00pm with some projects being 9:00am – 5:00pm

You will be working with clients in their homes, and occasionally in their businesses, As a Contract Home Organizer, you may work independently but you will be supported by our team and receive ongoing mentoring.
