Expectations for the Role:

As a Contract Home Organizer, you will be responsible for providing home organization services to clients on an as-needed basis. This will include decluttering, organizing, creating storage solutions, and setting up systems that are easy to maintain. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a passion for creating order out of chaos.

Skills, Characteristics, and Qualifications Required for the Position:

  • Prior experience in home organization or related field preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform a full day on your feet
  • A positive attitude and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach
  • Excellent spacial vision, problem-solving skills, and creativity
  • A bit of a Type-A personality, with strong attention to detail
  • 100% commitment to client confidentiality
  • Willing to travel a 60-mile radius from Pflugerville, TX
  • Reliable transportation and a clear background check

This is a starting position on an as-needed basis with competitive pay starting at $25 per hour, with room for growth and advancement within the company.

Overview of the Position:

This contract position has flexible hours that may include working Tuesday through Sunday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will be working with clients in their homes, and occasionally in their businesses, helping them declutter and organize their spaces. As a Contract Home Organizer, you may work independently but you will be supported by our team and receive ongoing mentoring.
